Tuition Refund Policy

A partial refund of tuition for the fall/spring semester will be granted to students who have officially withdrawn from the program.  The refund will be based upon a percentage of tuition charged according to the following schedules:

 Example

 # of days completed / # of days in Term          =             % of aid earned

 100% - % of Aid earned      =              % of funds to be returned

 Student withdraws on the 30th day of the Fall Term.  There are 110 calendar days in the term.

 30 / 110                   =              28% of aid earned

72% of funds to be returned

The student must adhere to the program withdrawal policy in order to be eligible for a refund.  The student’s financial aid record will be reviewed to determine eligibility for a refund before this policy will be applied.

Financial aid recipients who intend to withdraw must have their records cleared they the Financial Aid Officer as part of the process.
