Application Procedure Checklist

Completed applications should be returned to the same address, accompanied by a $25.00 non-refundable application fee. Make checks/money orders payable to Washington Health System. The School of Radiologic Technology will consider only completed application files. Application files consist of the following:

 

1. Completed application and application fee.

2. One copy of all Official academic transcripts from high school and all post-secondary schools attended.

3. All applicants must select a test date and reserve a seat online to take the Assessment Technologies Institute (ATI) Test of Essential Academic Skills (TEAS®) Pre-Admission Examination. The final score will be taken into consideration in addition to the other admission requirements (i.e. interview, tour).


4. The program reserves the right to require additional information, examinations, or measures of determined eligibility as may be prescribed by the Admissions Committee.
