Applications are now being accepted for the Class of 2015. Classes will begin in August of 2013. Interested applicants may now register for a mandatory Informational Session and Pre-entrance exam online (see Application Procedure Checklist and Testing Information for details.

 

Classes will begin in August 2013 (fall semester) under our new curriculum, pending JRCERT approval. The proposed curriculum changes will result in a 24 month dual enrollment program (97 weeks of instruction with spring, summer, and winter breaks). All students will be enrolled at TWH SRT and California University of PA simultaneously unless the student has a previously earned associate’s degree or higher.

The Washington Hospital School of Radiologic Technology

The School of Radiologic Technology has been accredited since March 1957 by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation (CAHEA) in cooperation with the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT). In 1994, the Joint Review Committee was recognized by the U.S. Department of Education as the accrediting body for radiography programs.

 

In 2012, the program affiliated with California University to offer an Associate Degree in Radiologic Sciences. Through a collaborative relationship between The Washington Hospital and Cal U, students attend classes both on the Cal U campus and at the hospital.
