The EAP offices are located on the second floor of The Washington Hospital near the main lobby.

Regular hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday, Wednesday, and
Friday, and 8 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., Tuesday and Thursday.

Employees and eligible family members can make appointments directly with a counselor, and appointments are usually available within 24 to 48 hours. Most EAP sessions last about an hour. You and your counselor will meet privately.

 

 

Although The Washington Hospital will try to respond promptly to e-mails, staff may not read your e-mail immediately. Therefore, you should not use e-mail to communicate with The Washington Hospital if there is an emergency or where you require an answer in a short period of time.
