Late Policy

• Adult patients who have appointments for acute illness and arrive late will be given the option of seeing the next available provider or rescheduling.
• Patients who have appointments for routine care will be rescheduled with their PCP.
• Children who arrive late will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
