Sports Medicine - Community Education
The Washington Hospital Center for Orthopedics and Neurosciences is dedicated to educational awareness regarding injury prevention and recognition. We hold several FREE sports medicine seminars throughout the year at the Wilfred R. Cameron Wellness Center that address topics within sports medicine. Student-athletes, parents, and coaches are welcome to attend.
Additionally we feel that ensuring the safety of our student-athletes requires constant continued education of our school administrators and coaches. We hold several off-site educational presentations in our local community centers and also offer training and education programs on-site at area schools.
