Although The Washington Hospital will try to respond promptly to e-mails, staff may not read your e-mail immediately. Therefore, you should not use e-mail to communicate with The Washington Hospital if there is an emergency or where you require an answer in a short period of time.

The Canonsburg Family Medicine is located at 67 East Pike Street, Canonsburg, PA 15317 across from the Municipal Building. Our office is handicapped accessible. Metered parking is available on site.

- EKG Services (family practice patients only)
A physician referral is necessary for all diagnostics and other outpatient services.
