Stay Quit Tobacco Cessation

Free and open to the public! The Stay Quit Tobacco Cessation Program consists of six one-hour classes. Classes are designed to teach you how to break the nicotine addiction as well as the habit. We use a variety of tactics to help each person achieve his or her goal. Includes:

Weekly carbon monoxide and blood pressure testing

Stress-management techniques

Nutritional support

A variety of educational materials

Additional group support sessions optional after six weeks
